Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
